Hotel Grand Stark is home to Grand Amari and Little Bitter Bar by Olympia Provisions. Grand Amari is a sophisticated and intimate Italian restaurant open nightly focusing on traditional approaches to the cuisine. Beautiful pastas, antipasto, seafood and perfectly cooked porterhouse are paired with an extensive wine and Amari menu. Little Bitter Bar is a casual, yet chic lobby bar featuring pizzas, antipastos and a great cocktail menu.⁠
